  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Description

These no-bake 3-Ingredient Peanut balls are quick and easy to make with just 3 simple ingredients. Satisfying your sweet tooth in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix well until a dough forms.

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  5. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

  6. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Notes

For best results, use creamy peanut butter rather than natural or chunky varieties.

If the mixture is too sticky, add more powdered sugar. If it’s too dry, add a little more peanut butter.

You can add a teaspoon of coconut oil to the chocolate chips when melting for a smoother consistency.
