Ingredients
Scale
For the Oreo Balls:
- 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
For the Coating & Decoration:
- 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- 1 cup shredded coconut (for a fluffy bunny effect)
- Mini marshmallows (for the tail)
- Pink candy melts or pink sprinkles (for the paw details)
- White chocolate chips or round candies (for the bunny feet)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Oreo Mixture
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and crush them into fine crumbs.
- Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2: Shape the Bunny Butts
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. This will be the bunny’s body.
- Take a smaller amount and roll it into a tiny ball for the bunny’s tail.
- Make two oval shapes for the bunny feet.
Step 3: Coat with Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat evenly. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Roll the coated ball in shredded coconut for a fluffy effect.
Step 4: Assemble the Bunny Butt
- Attach the small ball (tail) and feet using melted chocolate as “glue.”
- Use pink candy melts or sprinkles to add the paw details to the feet.
- Let them set on parchment paper until the chocolate hardens.
