Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill (or fresh dill)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb tortillas)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced ham or turkey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling – In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the Goodies – Stir in chopped pickles, green onions, and optional ingredients like shredded cheese or diced meat.
  3. Spread & Roll – Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a thin layer of the pickle dip mixture.
  4. Roll Tight – Roll up the tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
  5. Chill – Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up (optional but helps slicing).
  6. Slice & Serve – Cut into 1-inch pinwheels and enjoy!
