  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, rolled oats, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts or seeds for added texture and taste.
  3. Once the mixture is evenly blended, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm them up.

Notes
