Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
Baking
- Layer the batter in the loaf pan, topping with cinnamon sugar mixture before adding the remaining batter.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
For a sweeter finish, drizzle with vanilla glaze before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
