Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Add diced apples to the wet mixture and combine.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
