  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes You can also use chicken thighs for a juicier option.
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the kabobs
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks Use a mix of colors for a vibrant presentation.
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb all the delicious flavors.
Assembly
  1. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
