Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese over each salmon fillet.
- Sprinkle chopped chives on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
Notes
Pat the salmon dry before seasoning for a better crust. Feel free to experiment with other herbs like dill or parsley. Adding sliced tomatoes or asparagus can enhance the dish.
