- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, softened butter, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until cohesive.
Stuffing the Apples
- Generously fill each apple cavity with the mixture, packing it lightly.
- Arrange the stuffed apples on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake the apples for approximately 45–50 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Allow the apples to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat before serving.
