  • 1 lb chicken tenders You can use frozen chicken tenders, ensure they are cooked as per package instructions.
  • 1 cup flour For coating the chicken.
  • 2 large eggs Beaten, for the egg wash.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For a crispy coating.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken.
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Base for the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness and flavor.
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha Adjust based on desired heat level.
Slider Assembly
  • 6 pieces slider buns Soft slider buns for assembling the sliders.
  • 1 cup lettuce or pickles For added crunch, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each tender in flour, then in egg, and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
  2. While the chicken cooks, mix the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
Assembly
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, place the crispy tenders on slider buns.
  2. Drizzle the bang bang sauce generously over the chicken.
  3. Add a slice of lettuce or pickles for extra crunch.
  4. Close the buns and serve warm.

Notes

Serve sliders warm and consider using toothpicks to hold them together. Offer extra bang bang sauce on the side for dipping. Leftovers can be stored separately to avoid soggy buns.
