Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Cut into small pieces.
  • 1 cup flour For breading.
  • 2 large eggs Beaten.
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs You can use panko for extra crunch.
  • 1 tbsp spices Your choice, mixed with breadcrumbs.
  • 2 cups oil For frying.
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha Adjust based on desired spice level.
For Serving
  • 6 pieces slider buns
  • 1 cup lettuce Or toppings of your choice.

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with your favorite spices in a third bowl.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in flour, followed by the egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel.
Sauce Preparation
  1. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
  2. Taste and adjust spiciness if needed.
Assembly
  1. Place a piece of fried chicken on each slider bun.
  2. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and add lettuce or additional toppings.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing cooked chicken is also an option for longer storage. Reheat in the oven for best results.
