Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with your favorite spices in a third bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken in flour, followed by the egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel.
Sauce Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Taste and adjust spiciness if needed.
Assembly
- Place a piece of fried chicken on each slider bun.
- Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and add lettuce or additional toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing cooked chicken is also an option for longer storage. Reheat in the oven for best results.
