Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb Fresh salmon Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Can use crushed crackers or panko for a different texture
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • various Favorite seasoning Experiment with different spices
  • 1 large Egg Whisked for coating
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust to taste for spiciness

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut fresh salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasoning.
  4. In another bowl, whisk an egg to help the breadcrumbs stick.
  5. Dip each salmon piece into the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the salmon is baking, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  3. Serve the salmon bites warm with the sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh salmon for the best flavor. For a healthier alternative, you can pan-fry the bites instead of baking them. Don’t skip the sauce; it truly brings everything together!
