  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Adjust to heat preference.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha Add more for extra heat.
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Cooking Options
  1. For pan-searing: Cook salmon in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  2. For baking: Bake at 400°F on a lined sheet for 10-12 minutes.
  3. For air-frying: Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Making the Sauce
  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
Finishing Touch
  1. Toss or drizzle cooked salmon with sauce and garnish as desired.
