- Cut the loaf of bread into cubes and place half of the cubes in the greased baking dish.
- Spread the mixed berries over the bread cubes, then top with the remaining cubes of bread.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and berries, and press down gently to ensure all the bread is soaked.
- Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes to soak in the flavors.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
