  • 4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed Choose a sweet and firm watermelon.
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved Fresh strawberries are recommended.
  • 1 cup blueberries Use fresh blueberries, or frozen if necessary.
  • 1 cup raspberries Fresh raspberries work best.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed is preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust the amount to taste.

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the watermelon cubes, halved strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Drizzle lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  4. If desired, add honey and gently toss to combine.
  5. Serve chilled for the best taste.

Notes

Use ripe fruits for the best taste. Experiment with different berries based on preference. For added flavor, consider adding fresh mint or basil.
