Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Shred the cabbage and carrots evenly for consistent texture. Allow the slaw to chill for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors. Customize with ingredients like jalapeƱos or cilantro if desired.
