Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest before slicing it into thin strips.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced cherry tomatoes, sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  2. Stir in the balsamic vinegar and add the chopped basil. Let it simmer for an additional minute.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the tomato mixture, mixing well.
  2. Add the chicken on top and garnish with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
