- Gather all the ingredients together.
- In a large bowl or pitcher, combine 4 cups of cranberry juice and 2 cups of lemon-lime soda. Mix well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract and stir thoroughly to blend.
- Fill glasses with the punch and garnish with crushed candy canes on the rim.
- Optionally, float some fresh mint leaves on top or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a creamy version.
Notes
Store any leftover punch in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator. Combine juices and peppermint beforehand, but add soda right before serving to keep it fizzy. You can freeze punch in ice cubes for future use.
