Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with shredded cheese until well blended before incorporating this mixture into the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir everything together until just combined; be careful not to overmix as this may lead to tough bread.
  5. Transfer the dough into your prepared baking pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula for an even bake.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Transfer to plates when ready and serve warm with extra melted cheese on top for an indulgent treat!

Notes

Allow eggs and dairy products to come to room temperature before mixing for better combination. Consider adding a splash of milk or cream to the batter for an even creamier result. Experiment with fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme mixed into the dough for added flavor.
