Preparation
- Preheat your grill or skillet on high heat.
- In a bowl, gently mix the ground beef without overworking it and form into 8 small patties.
Cooking
- Place the patties on the preheated grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Assembly
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and adding desired toppings.
Notes
Serve with crispy fries or a fresh salad. Prepare the patties in advance and store in the fridge for up to two days.
