  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned If using frozen, thaw beforehand.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes No need to drain.
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded (cheddar and Monterey Jack) Feel free to use your favorite cheese.
