  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend Or Monterey Jack, shredded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather all your ingredients including shredded chicken, flour tortillas, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with a portion of shredded chicken and roll them up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Pour the enchilada sauce generously over the rolled tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
