  • 1 box brownie mix Choose your favorite brand.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened Ensure butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chocolate candy melts For coating.
  • Sprinkles (optional) For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation of Brownie Bombs
  1. Prepare the brownie mix as per the package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract, blending smoothly.
  4. Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt, mixing just until combined, then stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. With a small cookie scoop, form dough balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Crumble the cooled brownies and wrap a thin layer around each dough ball.
  7. Melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave until smooth and dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if desired and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
