Preparation of Brownie Bombs
- Prepare the brownie mix as per the package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, blending smoothly.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt, mixing just until combined, then stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- With a small cookie scoop, form dough balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Crumble the cooled brownies and wrap a thin layer around each dough ball.
- Melt the chocolate candy melts in the microwave until smooth and dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if desired and refrigerate until set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
