  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
For Serving
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa Cook according to package instructions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the steak in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Assembly
  1. Add a portion of cooked rice or quinoa to a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced steak and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
  3. Add any additional toppings like avocado, salsa, or corn.
