Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and sour cream until combined.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced apples.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Glazing
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then make the glaze by whisking together the confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, and water.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread before serving.
