Ingredients
  

Herb and Citrus Mixture
  • 1 cup Chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley) Use a mix of your favorite fresh herbs.
  • 1 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
Turkey
  • 1 piece Turkey breast Ensure it's fully thawed before preparation.
  • to taste Salt Season generously.
  • to taste Pepper Season generously.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  3. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast and season it generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with foil.
  2. Roast the turkey for about 1.5 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  3. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the skin to become crispy.
Resting
  1. Let the turkey rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor and consider brining the turkey overnight for extra juiciness. Don't skip the resting time to allow juices to redistribute.
