Ingredients
  

For the patties
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the sliders
  • 8 pieces small hamburger buns Can be toasted for extra flavor.
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese Feel free to use other cheese types.
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, and ketchup Customize to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of the buns.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. During the last 2 minutes of baking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun. Add your favorite toppings and serve warm.

Notes

Don't overmix the beef to keep patties tender. Toasting the buns can prevent sogginess and enhance flavor.
