Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of the buns.
Cooking
- Place the patties on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes of baking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assembly
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a bun. Add your favorite toppings and serve warm.
Notes
Don't overmix the beef to keep patties tender. Toasting the buns can prevent sogginess and enhance flavor.
