  • 1 lb ground beef Use 80% lean for best flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Any cheese of your choice.
Spices
  • 1 tbsp spice mix Season generously for flavor.
Toppings
  • 4 pieces burger buns Your choice of buns.
  • additional toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.) Customize to your liking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the ground beef with spices in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
  1. Grill or pan-fry the patties until cooked to your desired doneness.
  2. Add shredded cheese on top of the patties towards the end of cooking to melt.
Assembly
  1. Place the cooked patties onto burger buns.
  2. Add your favorite toppings and sauces.

Notes

To maintain juiciness, do not overcook the burgers. Let them rest for a couple of minutes after cooking.
