Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for best results.
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz) Ensure cream cheese is completely softened.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • to taste crispy bacon bits (optional) Add for extra crunch.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. If using bacon bits, add them at this point.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture across, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end to the other, to form a pinwheel.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Once all tortillas are rolled, slice them into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Feel free to add spices like jalapeƱos or hot sauce for an extra kick. Let pinwheels chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
