Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Browning the Chicken

Making the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, asiago cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the browned chicken in the skillet.
Baking
  1. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  2. Ensure the chicken is cooked through and registers at least 165°F on a meat thermometer.

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcook the chicken when browning. You can add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor. The dish pairs well with mashed potatoes, buttery rice, or a fresh salad.
