  • 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or penne) Cook according to package instructions
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust spice level to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 cup cream Adjust for creaminess preference
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: boneless chicken breasts, pasta, Cajun seasoning, garlic, cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it into strips.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for a minute.
  6. Then, add the cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and creamy.
  7. Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  8. Let it cook for an additional couple of minutes so the flavors meld together.
Serving
  1. Serve a generous portion of the pasta on a plate, including creamy sauce and sliced chicken.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or extra Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Best served hot. Can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat with added chicken broth or cream to maintain creaminess.
