  • 12 oz pasta Any type of pasta you love.
  • 6 slices bacon Chopped and cooked until crispy.
  • 1 onion Diced.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • green onions or parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until soft.
  4. Add the cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet. Mix until the pasta is fully coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Finally, stir in the crispy bacon and garnish with green onions or parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider using grilled or rotisserie chicken instead of boiled chicken. Don’t overcook the pasta; al dente is perfect. Feel free to mix in vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition. For heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
