  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus Trimmed and cut into pieces

Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half or dairy-free cream alternative
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For added creaminess and flavor
Salmon
  • 2 cups cooked salmon Flaked or in pieces
Seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • red pepper flakes (optional) For added spice

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta and Asparagus
  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté asparagus until tender.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together heavy cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the asparagus.
  2. Add the cooked salmon and creamy sauce to the pan, tossing everything together.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
