Preparation
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
- Gradually add heavy cream and let it simmer.
- Finally, return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to soak in all those delicious flavors.
Notes
Don’t rush the browning of the chicken for added flavor. Serve with garlic bread, rice, or a light salad. For variations, add white wine before adding the cream.
