Preparation
- Boil a pot of water, add your favorite pasta, and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and spices to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, chopped veggies, and the dressing. Stir well until everything is coated.
- Cover your bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Give it a good stir before serving, and enjoy!
Notes
Chilling the salad allows the flavors to meld. This dish pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, sandwiches, or can be enjoyed on its own.
