Preparation
- In a bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle extra honey over the chicken before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Can freeze marinated chicken for up to three months.
