Preparation of Dough
- Mix the warm water and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for about five minutes until it foams.

- Once the yeast mixture is ready, mix it into the flour and salt.
- Add the olive oil and stir until the mixture forms a dough.
- Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and knead the dough for about 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Baking the Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into your desired shape.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce onto the rolled dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle cheese and add desired toppings.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Notes
Store leftover dough wrapped tightly in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Allow frozen dough to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
