  5. Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 5 to 7 days to ferment.
Serving
  1. After fermentation, taste the slaw. If preferred, let it ferment longer for a stronger flavor.
  2. Store in the fridge for 4 to 6 weeks, and serve as a refreshing side dish or topping.
