- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until the salsa reaches your desired consistency.
- Check for salt a few pulses before reaching your desired consistency. If needed, adjust the salt and pulse again.
Notes
Fresh salsa is best enjoyed within a couple of days but can last up to a week in the refrigerator. Stir before using as some separation may occur. For a fruity twist, try adding diced mango or pineapple.
