Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
Cooking Steak
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Remove cooked steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it forms a creamy sauce.
  3. Return the steak bites to the skillet, coating them in the sauce, and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the Garlic Butter Steak Bites hot, drizzled with the Parmesan cream sauce.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
