  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add in the olive oil, water, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into sticks or twists and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
