  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and chopped Cut into even pieces
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cream
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces and place them in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix minced garlic, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese, then pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Notes

For an extra boost of flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like parsley or rosemary before serving. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and stir it in during the last hour of cooking.
