Baking
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Once the dough has risen, press your fingers into the top to create dimples.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle additional minced garlic and cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Use a mature sourdough starter for best results. Allow the dough to ferment longer for enhanced flavor. Be generous with olive oil for a crunchy crust.
