Preparation
- Taste the yogurt, add honey or maple syrup and vanilla, stir until smooth.
- If using soft fruit like berries or mango, mash or lightly blend some of it for color, leaving some pieces for texture.
- You can swirl fruit into the yogurt or mix it all together for even flavor.
- Spoon the yogurt and fruit into popsicle molds, tapping molds gently to remove air pockets.
Freezing
- Insert sticks, cover, and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds, then pull gently.
Notes
These popsicles can be made dairy-free using coconut or almond yogurt. They keep well in the freezer for 1 to 2 months, but best consumed within a month for optimal flavor.
