Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add onions and garlic for extra flavor.
- Drain any excess grease from the cooked beef.
- Add some enchilada sauce to the cooked beef and mix well.
- Warm the tortillas until pliable.
Assembly
- Take a tortilla and spoon some of the beef mixture in the center.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, then roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Repeat this process with all tortillas.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with more cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
