Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese Use fresh cottage cheese for best taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Fresh yogurt enhances texture
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup Sweetener of your choice
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour For a gluten-free option
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add the honey, eggs, vanilla extract, almond flour, and salt. Blend until everything is well mixed.
  4. Grease a cheesecake pan and pour the blended mixture into it.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
