Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until soft.

  5. Mix in cooked quinoa or rice, along with diced tomatoes and your favorite spices.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top it with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can prepare the filling ahead of time and simply bake it when you’re ready to eat. Feel free to add herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor, and mix different types of cheese for a unique taste.
