  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with lean turkey or shredded chicken.
  • 4 large potatoes Slice thinly for faster cooking.
  • 1 large onion Chopped.
  • 2 medium carrots Chopped.
  • 1 cup bell peppers Optional, can use mixed vegetables.
  • 1 cup corn Optional, can use frozen corn.
  • 2 teaspoons salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper To taste.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Optional, for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Optional, for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned evenly.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess grease.
  4. Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Combine the sliced potatoes, cooked ground beef, chopped onions, carrots, and any other veggies in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, removing the foil in the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown.
  3. Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or green onions before serving. Pair with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
