Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned evenly.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess grease.
- Chop the vegetables into small pieces. Combine the sliced potatoes, cooked ground beef, chopped onions, carrots, and any other veggies in a large mixing bowl.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, removing the foil in the last 10 minutes to allow the top to brown.
- Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or green onions before serving. Pair with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
