Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces boneless salmon fillets Wild-caught for better flavor
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley or 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced into half-moons

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish, spaced evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Generously pour the butter and honey mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring each fillet is coated.
  5. Arrange lemon half-moon slices over and around the salmon.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway through.
  2. The salmon should be tender and flaky when done.
  3. Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with sides like steamed vegetables, rice, or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
