Preparation

- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Glazing
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Once the meatballs are done, pour the warm glaze over them to coat.
Notes
To ensure perfect meatballs, do not overmix the meat and check for doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature of 165°F).
